We process personal data from the contact and service enquiry form only to answer your request, arrange an appointment and prepare a service job.

Data we process
We may process your name, phone number, e-mail, vehicle details, issue description and preferred date provided through the form or by e-mail. If you e-mail us a photo or inspection report, we also process that attachment to handle your enquiry.
Purpose
The data is used to reply to your request, estimate the work needed, arrange a date and communicate with you about the service.
Legal basis
We process the data mainly so we can answer your request and arrange a possible service job. For later service work, some data may also be kept for contract performance, legitimate interest in communication records and legal obligations.
Retention
We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the request and any related service job, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Recipients and processors
Data may be accessed only by people or providers involved in running the workshop, web hosting, e-mail services or technical website support. We do not pass the data to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may also object to processing or request data portability.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you may also contact the Czech Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
The website uses only essential technical elements needed for the pages and service enquiry form to work properly. Google Analytics 4 runs only after the visitor gives consent in the cookie banner.
After consent, we measure anonymised traffic statistics and basic website actions such as phone clicks, navigation clicks, e-mail clicks, language switching, visits to service pages and successfully submitted requests. We do not send names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, VIN, fault descriptions or attachment contents to Google Analytics.
Analytics can be declined in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Analytics will not load.
Google Maps
Pages with contact information first show a static map preview hosted by us. The interactive Google map loads only after the visitor selects “Load map”.
After the interactive map loads, Google may receive technical data such as the IP address, browser and device information, or the address of the visited page. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. Visitors can also open directions through a separate link without loading the embedded map.
