What to write before booking
Send the make, model, engine, mileage and the last known oil change date. If the service history is unknown, say that directly. Include the make, model, year, approximate mileage and when the symptom appears. Frequently asked questions
Can I still drive with this issue?
A normal oil change can be booked by request. A red oil pressure warning or engine noise is different and should be checked before further driving.

When is calling safer?
Call if the red oil warning light is on, the engine sounds unusual or there is a visible oil leak under the car.
