Practical advice
When the form is enough
The form is suitable for regular service, oil changes, tyres, Czech STK preparation or a fault you can describe while the car remains drivable. You can add make, model, photo and preferred date.
When calling is better
Call for a non-drivable car, brake problem, red warning light, significant fluid leak, burning smell, smoke, heavy noise or loss of power. A call helps assess whether further driving is safe.
Why it matters
With urgent faults, it is not only about booking a slot. We need to know whether it is safe to continue driving, whether to stop the car and what next step makes sense.
What to prepare before calling
It helps to know the make and model, a short description of the issue, when it appeared, whether a warning light is on and whether the car is drivable. Photos or Czech STK reports can be sent later via the form.
Call especially in these situations
- the car is not drivable or will not start
- brakes grind, vibrate or the pedal feels soft
- a red warning light is on or a warning light flashes
- fluid is leaking or there is a burning smell
- the car loses power, smokes or makes heavy noise
